For processing personal data collected through the website, the responsible Data Controller is the company POLI–FARM sp. z o.o. located in Łowicz (99-400), ul. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended). The personal data that a User may be asked for includes, in particular, data that enable the identification of the user (name, surname, contact details – address, telephone number, email).

Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services, as well as in cases where it is necessary for the legally justified purposes of the Data Controller, especially for direct marketing of the Controller’s own products or services, or for other purposes for which the user gives consent if required by applicable regulations. This may include consent to receive correspondence and commercial information regarding the products and services of the Controller and cooperating partners, sent electronically and by phone. The individual whose data is being processed has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

User data will be shared with our employees and cooperating entities that support us in providing services, including financial institutions, suppliers, and partners who assist in providing logistics, transportation, delivery, accounting, and legal services. These entities only receive data to the extent and for the period necessary to provide services.

We commit to respecting the confidentiality of the User’s personal data and ensuring their rights are upheld. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. In some cases, they also have other rights, such as the right to object to the use of their data or to data portability. To change or delete data, Users can request appropriate changes from the Data Controller. The Controller notes that deleting personal data may prevent the provision of services. You can request information from us at any time about the scope of processing your personal data.

In case of improper processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Before filing a complaint, you should first make a request to the Data Controller.

We retain personal data until the User’s account is deleted. Account deletion can occur upon your request, but also in the event of your withdrawal of consent to process your data, objection to their processing, or a request for their deletion.

Only archival information that is necessary to fulfill claims or comply with applicable laws will remain in our systems.

Some areas of our service may use so-called “cookies,” small text files sent to the User’s computer to simplify or facilitate a given operation. Cookies are harmless to the User’s computer. The condition for the operation of cookies is their acceptance by the User’s web browser and not deleting them from the disk.

The Service Provider processes the data contained in cookies when visitors use the website, in order to:

– identify Service Recipients as logged in to the website and show that they are logged in;
– customize the content of the website to the individual preferences of the Service Recipient (e.g. colors, font size, page layout) and optimize the use of the website;
– enable efficient contact with the User through a contact form; conduct anonymous statistics showing how the website is used and study the needs of Users, excluding personal identification of Users.
